If I try to use openchrome driver in my laptop (model Semp Toshiba
IS1522), the display gets all glitchy and X will crash after a few
 seconds.

While looking at Xorg's log, I found out that the driver tells me that
there is no DRM framebuffer heap available, and it asks me to increase the
framebuffer memory in BIOS. However, I don't have this kind of option in
my BIOS, and my AGP card seems to be getting 128MB os memory space during
 boot time.

The driver works correctly if I use the option NoAccel = TRUE in
 xorg.conf.
