 using the svn trunk revision 776 with and without
 this patch: http://wiki.openchrome.org/pipermail/openchrome-
 devel/2009-July/000392.html
 the resolution was fixed to 1024x768.

 I used this configuration to force a size of 800x600:

         Identifier      "Default Screen"
         Device          "VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8378 [S3 UniChrome]
 Integrated Video"
         Monitor         "Generic Monitor"
         DefaultDepth    24
         SubSection "Display"
                 Depth           24

 EndSection

 This configuration doesn't changed my resolution.
