- Check out trunk :
svn co http://svn.openchrome.org/svn/trunk

- Save the patch into the freshly checked out tree

- Patch the code :
patch -p0 < fix_panelID_9.patch

- Build and install :
./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr && make && sudo make install
