I have VIA 1500EX with CX700M2 and VT1625 chipset and I used that to display
NTSC television on a normal CRT (Toshiba)

720x480Over and 720x480Fit works perfect.

But I have a bit garbage at the top of the screen when I use 720x480Fit.

How can I help to resolve this?
