 Yes, I see this with xine too.

 I've extracted the first few seconds of the DVD to a 20 Mb mpg file. It's
 available here:
 http://83.252.170.215/xvmc_lockup_cn400.mpeg
 If you don't want to download the 1700 Mb DVD, then this file is an
 alternative.
