 Using a fresh Mythbuntu 10.10 installation on an EPIA M10000 (CLE266), and
 patching trunk:

 patch 2 does resolve the flicker issue
 patch 2a does resolve the flicker issue
 patch 2b does not resolve the flicker issue
 patch 0.2.904-better_fix_tvout_flickering results in a blank screen in X

 If you need further information, or want me to try other patches then
 please let me know.
