If I recall correctly, I had the same issue long ago when I was using a
TV and it was fixed by putting a wrap between 2 pins on the SCART. I've
digged the SCART out of my pile of used hardware and pin 15 and pin 20
are wrapped. This should correspond to chrominance and luminance.
