Since it has an advertising clause, it's kinda like the unmodified BSD  
license. I don't know that I would want to release a font with this james clark  
stuff in it...
He uses this same license in other software he's made as well...also with  
the  "name of James Clark shall not be used in advertising or otherwise to  
promote the sale, use"...
