[OpenFontLibrary] Heuristica 0.1

The first beta version of Heuristica fonts is released. This version adds basic 
Cyrillic characters to Adobe Utopia fonts (less for BoldItalic). The main goal 
of this beta is to check shape of the added characters and their bearings 
before making kerning for Cyrillic. As I hope Latin/ASCII part of the fonts is 
compatible with Utopia fonts. The Heuristica fonts are released in 3 formats: 
OTF/CFF, Type 1 and TrueType with automatically converted instructions.
