[Openfontlibrary] Font formats accepted by OFLB

Both .bdf (the source format) and .pcf (compiled format) are in 
declining use, but still appear in cell phones, PDAs, electronic 
instruments, and a small handful of GUI apps that require one or the 
other format. And the X Windows server still supports them.

I vote for accepting .pcf and .bdf.
