(a) The OFLB is hosted at osuosl.org which has plenty of bandwidth at
no cost to us.

(b) Mozilla already host the freeware font they use, so I expect them
to host a libre font if they use one - and I doubt anyone will want to
prominently link to OFLB fonts until the new design goes live :)
