[OpenFontLibrary] Some progress!

Hi All,

I am slowly making progress with http://testvm.openfontlibrary.org and
the test page for Ed Trager's font previewing system is at
http://testvm.openfontlibrary.org/gcfp/ and is starting to work.

OSUOSL has helped to set up a trac instance so that the public SVN is
browsable from the web, and emits an RSS feed for commits, and will
also give us an bug tracker.
