[OpenICC] Oyranos APIs update

Hi,

the unstable Oyranos APIs documentation is online. See:
<www.oyranos.org>

stable considered APIs:
o Default Profiles API
o Path Names API
o Profile Lists API
o Profile Handling API - as small as it is currently
o Monitor API - except the monitor information handling


unstable API:
o Device Profiles API

Please comment if you feel something is misseing or unclear. I plan to 
turn the stable part into an intermediate release for Linux, which should 
be ready to use.
If further documentation is required let me know as well. I will then try 
to add the missed part.

If someone is interested in the library itself, I can put it online.
