[Openicc] maximum colour conformity

The profile is honoured. Just the option is to convert silently all 
content into one colour space, to be as most consistent with even non 
colour managed office applications as possible. This basic policy can be 
exchanged easily against a more fidel one. The question again is should 
colour managed applications play a thumb game to let non colour managed 
not fail.

There are some preferences for this situation in Oyranos.
