[Openicc] osX Generic/Default profiles

I think something based on FOGRA39 is appropriate. For what it's  
worth, a profile name "ISOcoated" doesn't tell us what data set or  
specification it's based on. And also implies it's built/provided by  
the ISO which it definitely isn't. I've heard they have problems with  
this naming convention so I think something more clear needs to be  
used. For example Adobe is currently shipping one called: "Coated  
FOGRA27 (ISO 12647-2:2004)"
