[Openicc] osX Generic/Default profiles

FYI Adobe is now shipping a FOGRA39 profile.
CoatedFOGRA39.icc
Coated FOGRA39 (ISO 12647-2:2004)

It's not on the profiles download page yet, but you get it if you 
update Photoshop CS3.
It has higher GCR than our FOGRA27 profile.
