[Openicc] Lcms in OpenSolaris

As of yesterday there is formal discussion on the OpenSolaris mailing 
lists about adding lcms as a standard component of OpenSolaris. 
OpenSolaris is quite conservative with the packages it officially 
accepts and each new package is given considerable scrutiny.  The 
march of color management into open operating systems continues.
