[Openicc] inner versus outer ICC profile names

In the more general case, you have to deal with embedded profiles
with no file name.
An example: An option to replace the embedded profile with a proflle from disk.
You need to show the embedded profile as the no-change option. It has
an internal description only.
The menu of replacement candidates need to use the same name space,
or else the user wonders why the profile they selected changes name
when embedded.
Thus, for consistency use primarilly the internal names.
