[Openicc] inner versus outer ICC profile names

What I have seen is, that most of the standard profiles in the Oyranos
package have almost identical internal names as the files. One exception
are the brackets for the "Adobe RGB (1998)" internal profile name. The
rule are stripped ending (.icc) and stripped spaces.

For spaces and endings we could make an exception like:
"my fancy scanner" <-> myFancyScanner.icc
