Good news.  Looks like OPenICC is on again this year for GSoC.

Last year we only got two slots but both students were successful with their 
projects.  The student who worked on the LProf OpenICC project last year has 
been asking me about this and I am sure that he will be glad to hear that 
OpenICC was accepted again this year.  Hopefully we can get more applicants 
this year since the number of slots allocated to each orginization is 
proportional to the number of student proposals.
