[Openicc] [argyllcms] OT: PDF frustration

I noticed that Lars original complaint was that that there was no way
to print a PDF from evince while preserving the calibration. Recent
evince has support for calling ghostscript through libspectre to
render ps documents directly. Since ghostscript can also render PDF,
adding optional support to use libspectre instead of libpoppler is
another approach. I don't know what's needed to support printing in
evince though; I assume it calls cairo to regenerate whatever the
print backend wants?
