[Openicc] Querry about ICC Platform Signature

Agreed, interoperability of colour is our main goal of using the ICC 
standard.

At the moment a wide spread open source CMM framework is missed.

Even though I am working on such within Oyranos, it is alpha state for 
that part. The current idea for Oyranos is to have a user preference for a 
CMM or use the default one, which will most probably be littleCMS. 
Applications are able to override that and use own preferences.
