[Openicc] SampleIcc 1.5.1

I just uploaded a SampleICC 1.5.1 to the sourceforge site.  I have
attempted to fix problems some people had with 64 bit compiles on
MacOSX.  SampleICC was assuming that the "long" type was 32 bits,
however this is not the case.  Changes to IccProfLibConf to define
macros based upon int32_t for 32 bit integers.

I also modified the changelog and it should reflect these changes.
