[Openicc] ICC profile naming

Sorry to bother you with a www link question, but I could not come up 
quickly with that about the agreed upon naming scheme for ICC profiles.

It must have been discussed years ago following a scheme much like
print-condition_media_vendor.icc

It would be helpful to add such a link to the OpenICC wiki page to improve
linux ICC profile packages.
