[Openicc] Assigning icc profiles to driver settings

Ok, you just earned the right to write all of it :)
Actually what I like about XML or JSON is that you can edit with a text
editor.
And if you are going to tell me that ICC profiles have an XML equivalent,
then I'll say fine, and we can embed that in anything else, and there's
really little incentive in not just coding in XML and debating later.
