GCM isn't the thing that's controlling the profile selection, it's
colord. There's nothing stopping something like inkscape sending
ProfilingInhibit() to the correct device and printing a test chart
itself. I'm not sure that's a good idea, but hey-ho.

Sure, it only works with colord.
