I think ignoring the output profile from colord (and somehow telling
gs not use the internal sRGB profile if no output profile is
specified) is all we need to do in the DeviceXXX case.

All that needs to happen now, is for:

* gs upstream to give us the required command line option
* define what needs to be set in the PDF to denote "don't touch my data"
* teach gstoraster about this PDF feature

It's probably a couple of hours of work this way.
