[Openicc] A CUPS Test Rig for test-driving colour managment

Hi,

I've just made available an ISO image built from the Ubuntu Natty repos,
which can be used to try out and demonstrate the colour-managed
pdftoraster filter which will debut in this release.

Instead of printing, the ISO converts the CUPS rasters to images, and
makes them viewable via a webserver.

Note: This is intended not just to showcase the new capability, but also
to highlight the limitations of the current workflow.

As things currently stand, OuptutIntent is not supported, and DeviceRGB
colours (as produced by almost all current Linux PDF software) are
passed through unchanged. In order to see the colour-managed output,
you'll need to use a PDF produced by Scribus, or a PDF with ICCBased
images from another source, and to print them from the shell.

Hopefully it will be a useful tool for application developers in
improving their PDF output with regard to colour management.

All the best
