[Openicc] OpenICC GSoC 2011 ideas

I added the Colour Configuration Data Base project idea:

Colour Configuration Data Base

     Users, who configure their colour management system (CMS) behaviour 
and devices, want to share these settings on one host without any 
intervention among installed CMSes. The project will provide the basic 
design and a implementation to access and manipulate the data base. CMSes 
like ArgyllCMS, Oyranos and colord want to use the common format and in 
parts the provided tools.

Expectations

     * POSIX C
     * basic settings like rendering intent, default profiles as in Oyranos and GCM
     * device + driver settings to ICC profile association
     * DB layout
     * a in close relation to existing work
     * b together with the community
     * c designed to be a easily accessible through DBus
     * d scalable
     * careful API design, coding and comments
     * search optimisation
     * end user documentation

Skills

     * rather simple programming task
     * good communication
     * C, JSON, make
     * git
