[Openicc] Color Management in the FHS

Hi,

recently, the LSB developer team has overtaken maintenance of the FHS 
and reactivated the work on it to approach version 3.0 of the FHS. So we 
should ask for inclusion of directories for color management stuff, like 
for example ICC files.

So please tell what is needed in the FHS for color management. Thanks.
