[Openicc] [ANNOUNCE] Oyranos Version 0.3.1

The new version of the colour management system Oyranos is released.
Version 0.3.1 is a feature release with new capabilities.
The code generator of Yiannis Belias' last years project inside the Google 
Summer of Code 2010 programm could in parts be included.
Oyranos supports now implicite and automatic profile selection for 
cameras through the device calibration state inside the ICC meta tag.


Changes Overview:
* Grantlee template engine is used in a code generator
* all basic object types are generated from templates
* API cleaning to work with the consequently separated objects
* restructure libraries according to dependencies
* embed meta tag in on the fly generated ICC profiles
* ABI and API breaks in many places of the alpha code parts
* add OpenGL code to image_display
* use oyRE inside lraw module for implicite ICC assignment to cameraRAW
* reorganise pixel array code to speed up one pixel conversions
* lcm2 module is improved and now completely useable in ICC Examin
* support curv, para and mAB /mBA  tags


About:
Oyranos is a colour management system allowing to share various settings 
across applications and services. The provided interfaces are the 
C library, native graphical front ends and partitial access through 
command line tools.


Known Applications using Oyranos:
ICC Examin, the KDE Kolor Manager and Synnefo configuration dialogs, the 
CompIcc colour server and more.
