[Openicc] GSoC 2012 preparations

In order to evaluate and select incoming projects we invite you to apply 
as a mentor:

As long as Peter or I know you, we will quickly approve you.

The student submission period starts in one week. It would be cool in case 
you find a certain project idea is of interest to your and our community 
to blog or twitter about it, so we find enough capable students for.
