[Openicc] [ANNOUNCE] KolorManager Release 0.99

This is a feature and bug fix release of KolorManager. 0.99 comes with 
KolorServer, which was ported by Casian Andrei during Google Summer of 
Code 2012 and after.


Changes Overview:
* add KolorServer X Color Management spec support for KWin (Casian Andrei)
* polish ICC profile information panel (Joeseph Simon)
* fix empty label in device profile selector to show "automatic" (Kai-Uwe Behrmann)


About:
KolorManager is a front end to Oyranos´ settings and device configuration.
It can be found in KDEs systemsettings panel. KolorServer is a X Color 
Managmeent compatible colour server.


This version builds successfully with Oyranos-0.9.0 .
