[Openicc] Google Summer of Code 2007-2011 archives moved

Google informed us that code.google.com will shut down rather soon.
Affected are the years 2007-2011. The officially submitted code moved to
SourceForge:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/openicc/files/google-summer-of-code/

These packages are archives. They continue their live by code
integration in the according projects.
