PKCS#11 URL parser for Java

Hello Martin,
I am not aware of any existing java implementation but I have created C#
implementation of PKCS#11 URI Scheme parser/builder [0]. I believe it could
be ported to Java without much effort. I can help with the porting if you
are interested.
BTW Pkcs11Interop.URI project introduces two new vendor specific attributes
[1] which will be in slightly modified form included in the next version of
standard draft [2] that should be out in the foreseeable future.
