[packagekit] New branch apt-conslidate

Hello,

I am currently moving some of the development for the apt backend to
python-apt itself. To allow working releases of PackageKit which do not
require not yet released versions of python-apt, I have created the
apt-consolidate branch.

The corresponding python-apt branch can be found here:
