It should apply, but it cannot be applied by the patch command.
It does the following:
- delete the symlink libpackagekit/pk-marshal.list
- mv src/pk-marshal.list libpackagekit/pk-marshal.list
- patch src/Makefile.am

Or you can just approve it and I'll push it. ;-)
