[packagekit] APT2 Status Update

Servus,

I have uploaded some changes to the apt dbus backend: It now supports
cache refreshing, updating the system, installing and removing packages.

Furthermore I introduced a detail search that makes use of Enrico Zini's
apt-xapian-index. The search time is now really very impressive. In the
near future I plan to add the debtags reinjection code of Enrico which
allows to search for familiar search results that don't have any
substring matches, e.g. a search for "image editing" would return the
"image manipulation" programme gimp.
