What's the rationale behind showing any?

If it's to let users who know that upgrading libssl is probably pretty
important make a call whether to do it now or later, then I think
limiting the number doesn't really suit that, as a zlib update wouldn't
be shown.

If you want to show them then I would say that 20 is too many, and 10
would probably be reasonable.
