Currently we ship pk-install-package and pk-install-file in
gnome-packagekit. gnome-packagekit depends on lots of gnome.

What about text only versions of pk-install-package in packagekit, and
then rename the GUI tools to pk-install-package-gui?

The only difference is the -gui versions would throw up a GUI progress
meter and display the errors in gtk modal boxes. It's a few lines of C
so I'm not worried about code duplication.
