[packagekit] Missing icon and PK menu placement

Hi,

The icon that pk-application uses seems to be missing from tango:

Also, at least in Fedora, the traditional place for 'Add/Remove
Software' is at the bottom of the Applications menu.  What do y'all
think about moving pk's menu option there?
