[packagekit] Proxy

Hi,
Not sure this wasn't already discussed, but it would be interesting to have packagekit to set the http proxy settings, on each backend specific.
Please don't turn on http_proxy environment variables cause they are very insecure if you are behind a authenticated proxy.

Sorry if this was already discussed, but it is not implemented. At least not on the the backends capabilities.
