[packagekit] Multiple Package installation UI

The FAQ said you should post to this list if you have an idea for how 
the UI should work for installing multiple packages at once. I have such 
an idea.

My idea involves more changes to yum or whatever is running beneath 
package kit than package kit itself.

It would work like this:

1) When the user clicks a package, it begins installing immediately (as 
it does now).
2) The user can still browse for more packages while the package is 
downloading (this is the major change: write operations shouldn't block 
read only operations in the underlying package manager).
3) When the user clicks another package, it gets added to the task queue
