[packagekit] problematic ui in recent gpk-application

Hmm, agreed, this is my own fault. It's my way of putting off the
decision about what menu structure to use.

Valid. I've removed both options.

I've already got a system option, does the HIG say I need a Quit item
there?

Yes, I can reproduce. I'm not sure what's going on, but I think the
group is being searched as you expand it. I'll investigate.
