[packagekit] Heads up: Vendor.conf

In git master, there is a new file -- Vendor.conf

Please patch this file in your distribution packages so that you get
distribution specific web links to things like "no codecs found".
The "More information" button when clicked will take the user to the
correct page.

The reason this has to be patched per distro, is that different distros
have very different policies about where to push users.

For example, Ubuntu could push users to the Ubuntu codec store or a wiki
page about how to download VMWare player, but Fedora could push users to
a page explaining how non-free codecs are bad.
