[packagekit] using launchpad for gnome-packagekit translation?

i absolutely disagree with this sentence. yea there's a small and
insignificant group of people who doesn't know what there doing, but they
don't do much damage at all... most translations are very good, and of very
high quality.

agreed, every translation's on launchpad can be edited and improved many
times by many people.
