Here's a question:
How does this differ from something that packagekit could ideally
provide? There seems to be a bit of overlap. Where they differ is that
packagekit lists information that resides inside the package
(description, summary, requires, etc) and primarily allows a user to
install. This client seems to list packages and has information
external to the packages (ratings, reviews, tags) and has a eventual
goal of letting users install.
Is this something that would be anathema to PackageKit? Is there some
way to plug it into PackageKit as an optional piece rather than writing
a whole new client?
