[packagekit] Regarding rollbacks

Hello,
This is a case when upon rollback the data storage format for a particular
software is no more supported, a warning message may be poped up cautioning
the user at the time of rollback about mismatch so that he can take
appropriate action.
Moreover, in many cases there will not be such kind of a problem at all, and
rollbacks can be easily done without panic.
