[packagekit] error building packagekit from source

Hello,
While trying to build packagekit from source, running the command
 ./autogen.sh --enable-maintainer-mode --enable-gtk-doc --prefix=~/.root
--enable-apt --enable-dummy --enable-docbook-docs --enable-tests
--enable-developer --enable-local --with-default-backend=apt

error: ./autogen.sh: 28: gtkdocize: not found
in the script file it has some trouble regarding gtkdocsize parameter.

kindly help...
