[packagekit] Hard to translate string in PackageKit

Hi,
There is an ambiguous string to translate in PackageKit: 

#: ../client/pk-console.c:1982
msgid "Failed to get last time"


What does it mean:

A. There is something different than time (package, file, etc) that
could not be downloaded last time

OR

B. It is time (which is the last in a sequence) that could not be
retrieved
